Which sports are the best? – Sports Illustrated
Sports Illustrated has ranked the top 10 best professional athletes, with a mix of men’s and women’s teams, the Olympic team and the U.S. women’s basketball team.
The magazine published its list this week in honor of the 50th anniversary of the women’s NBA basketball team and its first-ever All-Star Game.
The list was compiled by former ESPN reporter Steve Simmons, who won the NBA’s MVP award in 1996.
Sports Illustrated says that its list was influenced by the best teams from its 30-year history.
The publication’s chief content officer, Brian DePalma, told USA TODAY Sports that Simmons’ list had to be based on a variety of factors, including player popularity and popularity of the sport in the U, among other factors.
DePalmas also said that Simmons has used some of the players on the list, including the NBA champion Boston Celtics, to compare teams.
Simmons also noted that the league’s best players have played at the highest level for decades, and that the NBA is “very good at finding new ways to find players and teams.”
DePalmsons list also includes the NBA All-Stars, the NBA Finals MVP, the league MVP, and the league Rookie of the Year.
The Sports Illustrated list includes the top players, along with their statistics and the players’ overall career, as well as their awards and accolades.
The top-ranked NBA player of the year is the NBA MVP, with Russell Westbrook of Oklahoma City winning the award last season.
The NBA Finals and the NBA championship were also included in the list.
